Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Hot Merch is made to order and all orders* are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. *includes apparel such as t-shirts and hoodies. Embroidered items may take up to 14 days to produce and ship.

We endeavour to produce apparel items close to your location to expedite shipping. If you live in Australia, we will try to print and ship your item in Australia. Sometimes this is not possible, however, if there is to be any delay, we will contact you to discuss before proceeding with your order.

COVID DELAYS: In our new world, sometimes delays happen that are just truly beyond our control. We will do our best to always keep you in the loop if there is an issue that may affect production or shipping of your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate weight-based shipping to Australia and some international countries. Shipping rates start at $9.90 for Australia and may vary for international orders.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand and USA. We may update this and include other countries depending on advice from Australia Post. If you can not find a rate for your location, please contact us for further information.  

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Voodoo Wolf Tasmania is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. This applies to Hot Merch apparel and gifts only. Please note that Hot Sauces or other food items are non-returnable. We do not accept returns on any products for Change of Mind.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
