Fermented Habanero Hot Sauce takes flavour to a whole new level. Fresh habaneros are combined with our base ingredients and popped away in a warm location to do their thing. When the time is right, we remove them from the cozy location and prepare the Habanero for bottling. 

Habanero are known not only for a reasonable heat level but one of the best chilli pepper flavours. Our aim is to bring you that well known flavour in a sauce you will need in your favourite line-up.

Our opinion is use Fermented Habanero Hot Sauce on everything from dusk until dawn. Slather your eggs and bacon in the morning, smear in on a grilled sandwich at lunch, and then drip it over a burger for dinner.
